Initial Intake Session

This is the first step in the therapy process. This session focuses on better understanding what brings you to therapy, what you want to work on, a review of symptoms, and your personal history. This will often take 1-2 sessions. During this time we can identify treatment goals, and a personalized plan to reach those goals.
Individual Therapy

After the initial intake session, future sessions will focus on helping you reach your goals. This looks different for each client. Examples of goals our clients may want to work on include alleviating symptoms of depression or anxiety, managing stress, navigating conflict within personal relationships, or improving overall self-esteem.
